DJ Drama presents Young Buck - Case Dismissed
hxxp://rapidshare.de/files/20241262/DJ_Drama_And_Young_Buck-Case_Dismissed_The_Introduction_To_G-Unit_South-_Bootleg_-2006-RAGEMP3.zip.htmlWow, look at my first two posts, both southern rap stars. I'll try to switch it up for the third.
Regardless, I really gotta tell you how good I think this mixtape is. DJ Drama is one of the most consistent DJs of all time ( besides that Pharell tape... yech ) and Young Buck's first album is the best non-50 cent G Unit release but you don't usually expect quality of this level from a mixtape.
If you've noticed G Unit's waning popularity, Buck sure hasn't. He spits with such a ridiculous bragadocious style that probably draws from the fact that he he recently beat his assault case from when he stabbed that nerd who attacked Dr. Dre. I mean honestly, the first song on the tape's chorus is, and I quote:
"Yeah I sell dope, come and catch me nigga. I do it for my folks, come and catch me nigga. Damn right I tote glocks, come and catch me nigga. I still won't stop, come and catch me nigga."
DAMN. While he's obviously not the first rapper to spit something socially irresponsible, he comes off convincing and angry as fuck.
Another thing worth mentioning is that a lot of the other rappers on here who are apparently part of Buck's unofficial G Unit South click outshine some of the rappers who 50 himself has signed! Allstar, Lil Scrappy, D-Tay.. They all blow Spider Loc and Prodigy out of the water.
Anyway I'm not going to point out which songs spesifically are the most potent because they all more or less kick ass and deserve a listen. I listened to this tape once or twice a day the whole time I was in florida this winter and am a better man for it.
